Tâm, Hạnh, Victoria have all been exceptionally excellent. They’ve given me the absolute best service ever. When I was confused, they helped and answered me rapidly fast with clarification. I’d like to share my heartfelt thanks to MaxCare for the way they cared for my mom in her final four weeks. They really made her the priority, and it felt like she had so many pillars of support from the multi-disciplinary team surrounding her.

Phong, our nurse, took the time to walk us through what to expect and made sure we understood each part of the process. Tien was incredibly responsive in making sure medications and supplies arrived when we needed them. Bea, the social worker, was truly a lifeline—patient, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile, even advocating for us with the county when we hit roadblocks.

They also paid attention to details and personalized services, including arranging for a priest to come and offer Catholic blessings. After my mom passed, they sent a beautiful orchid arrangement that is still blooming—a simple but meaningful reminder of their care.

We started my sister on hospice because she wasn’t responding to us, but then she rallied the very next day and wanted to continue with dialysis so we had to stop hospice. We felt bad doing that so soon after signing up but we needed to honor my sister’s wishes. The Maxcare employees were very understanding and kind. Each member of the team demonstrated a high level of knowledge and dedication, ensuring my father was treated with dignity, respect, and attentive care. There are no words deep enough to express the gratitude we hold in our heart for all that your team (doctor Thuy, anh Sơn, anh Tiến, chị Châu, and nurses….) have done for my mom and our family.

From the beginning of her illness until the end, your team cared for her with such tenderness, dignity, and compassion.  You saw her not just as someone who need help, but as someone who deserved to be loved, respected, and truly known.  That kind of care meant the world to us.

In her final days, when everything felt overwhelming and unfamiliar, you become our anchor.  You offered not just medical care, but emotional support.  Your gentle guidance helped us navigate the most painful moments-especially with things we never thought we had to face with, like inviting the monks to pray for our mom before and after she left.  Your advice was thoughtful, practical, and given with so much heart.

The beauty of orchids was sent to her ceremony such a beautiful gesture that reminded us how deeply you cared-not just for her but for our whole family.  It wasn’t just professional but also personal.

Thank you for being there, for showing up, for giving so much of yourselves.
